I visited with the city planning and zoning department today. A few bits of info I was given:

1) A McDonald’s is going in just to the north of Walmart Neighborhood Market.

2) The strip mall going up next to the Neighborhood Market will include an urgent care clinic.

3) The corner across from HHHS is going to be a big DR Horton HOA neighborhood with approximately 430 lots.

4) The vacant land that backs up to Eagle Ridge on the back side of our neighborhood (177 acres) just went up for sale. It’s zoned residential so will probably be purchased by a builder/developer and there will eventually be homes there. It appears that there will be no access from that neighborhood to ours; they’ll get in from 2410.
